MeIPTV Refund Policy
At MeIPTV, customer satisfaction is very important to us. We aim to provide stable, high-quality IPTV services. However, if you experience issues or are not satisfied with the service, you may request a refund according to the following terms.
1. 7-Day Full Refund (100%)
Customers are eligible for a 100% full refund if the request is made within 7 days of purchase.
This applies to all subscription plans (1 Month, 6 Months, and 12 Months).
Conditions:
- The refund request must be submitted within 7 calendar days of activation.
- The account must not violate our terms of service.
- Refund requests must include the order ID and purchase email.
2. Partial Refund (After 7 Days)
If the refund request is made between Day 8 and Day 10, a partial refund may be issued depending on how long the service has been used.
The exact amount will be calculated based on the remaining unused subscription time.
3. No Refund After 10 Days
Refund requests submitted after 10 days from the purchase date will generally not be eligible for a refund.
4. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds may not be granted in the following situations:
- Service interruptions caused by user internet connection issues
- Incorrect device setup by the customer
- Violation of MeIPTV Terms of Service
- Requests made after the 10-day refund window
5. Service Issues
If you experience technical problems, our support team will first attempt to resolve the issue before processing a refund request.

- Order ID
- Email used for purchase
- Reason for the refund request
